Aberdeen - Willowbank Road

Crucible Alba Group purchased an existing tyre and exhaust facility which had been trading for many years. The existing business was relocated and planning permission was secured for a 222 bed student residence development.

The site was located between the city centre and Robert Gordon University’s (RGU) Garthdee Campus. The team worked closely with RGU to provide a residence to meet with their operational requirements. Following an approach by U-Student, the decision was taken to sell the project.
