Brian Robinson BSc MRICS

Development Director

Brian has been a member of the RICS since 1999 and has more than 18 years of experience in the commercial property market. He joined Ryden in 1998 and worked as an Associate Partner in the award winning business space team in the firm’s Glasgow office.

He moved into the development sector in 2007 joining Business Homes as their Scottish Development Director and was responsible for the running of their joint venture with CALA Properties within which successful office projects were delivered.

In 2010 Brian formed his own development company Crucible Developments focusing on neighbourhood and roadside retail development projects throughout Scotland and a number of successful projects were delivered during the economic downturn through a joint venture with Ashleigh Alba Group.

In 2014 Crucible Developments merged with Ashleigh Alba Group to form Crucible Alba Group and Brian is responsible for the delivery of development projects, our asset management instructions and the day to day running of the business.
