A fully qualified molecular biologist, Claire worked at the Hannah Research Institute in Ayr for a number of years before leaving to raise her young family.

With both children starting school, Claire decided to make a career change and started working for Ashleigh Alba Group in November 2012 as office manager. Following the merger of Ashleigh Alba Group and Crucible Developments in 2014, Claire remained as Office Manager and is responsible for the day to day running of the office and all administrative duties including invoicing and banking. Claire also acts as Personal Assistant to both Development Directors.
