Crucible Developments negotiated a bilateral agreement with Kwik Fit and the property owner resulting in a redundant car wash and surrounding area being removed from Kwik Fit’s demise. This allowed Crucible to purchase this part of the site. Planning was successfully obtained for a Costa Drive thru with work commencing in September 2021 and scheduled for completion in early 2022.
