Edinburgh Park

Crucible Alba Group have completed the construction of a 70 bedroom Travelodge at Edinburgh Park. The hotel has been let to Travelodge Hotels Ltd for 25 years and the project was forward funded by LXi REIT. The site was bought from Greene King Plc. Construction commenced in January 2019 and the hotel was handed over in November 2019.
