Torrance Retail Park, Holytown

A planning application was made in February for a local neighbourhood centre and coffee drive thru.. The proposed centre comprises of a retail terrace providing a mix of unit sizes ranging from 750 sq.ft to 4,000 sq.ft and a 1,800 sq.ft coffee drive thru. The proposed development will be highly visible from the A723.

The development forms part of the Torrance Park masterplan which on completion will provide over 900 homes.
