This site was purchased on an off market basis and comprised a former tyre and exhaust property which we had provisionally agreed to let to Scotmid and Halfords Autocentres.
Farmfoods then approached us to purchase the entire property and the sale was completed upon Crucible Alba Group achieving planning consent. The property continues to trade well for the company.
